By accessing and using the Sellingly platform, operated by QuikMark Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

Sellingly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your legitimate business operations. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Resell or attempt to reproduce our platform without authorization
• Upload any content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on others' rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Sellingly, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and product information
• Complying with all applicable Indian tax regulations including GST
• Fulfilling orders you receive through your store
• Handling returns, refunds, and customer disputes promptly
• Ensuring your products and services comply with applicable laws

4. Payments & Fees

Payment processing is handled by our integrated partners (e.g., Razorpay). By using our payment integrations, you also agree to their terms of service. Sellingly's own subscription and service fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you at the time of onboarding.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sellingly platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of QuikMark Tech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to your store, and you grant Sellingly a limited license to display and process this content to provide our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuikMark Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Sellingly platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
